This programme is provided by a group of volunteers through the PEP Coordinator. The programme aims to reduce social isolation for people recently released from prison and help them plan their future in a positive, supportive environment. Clients of this programme are encouraged to engage with the many activities available to them in their community as part of the reintegration programme. Clients do not need to be referred by Corrections, anyone seeking support can contact us directly by phone or email.

Family members of someone in prison can also be supported through this programme, particularly to help them prepare for a family member who is about to be released and return home. The programme liaises with a range of other social service providers to ensure a wrap around service is provided.

Deportees

If you or someone you know has been deported from Australia due to offending, PARS can help with support and assistance. Contact your local office of 0800 727 700 for more information.
